Pharmacy Sales Rep

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Sales for an opportunity in Miami, Florida

We're on the lookout for an ambitious Pharmacy Sales Representative who can deliver outstanding sales results in our targeted industries, for Specialty pharmacy and Compounds, including Health/Weight loss practices, orthopedics, neurology, immunology, gastro, and women's health. As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our pharmacy becomes the go-to choice for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint lucrative business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and the Pharmacist in Charge to analyze data and discern market trends, aiding in the development of effective sales plans and strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele while actively seeking out new leads.
• Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay abreast of industry developments.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Articulate and demonstrate our value proposition effectively to healthcare providers.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales targets and objectives.
• Utilize CRM software proficiently to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in pharmacy sales, including Specialty Pharmacy, IVIG/Infusion, Compound, creams, pain management, and weight loss products.
• Proven track record in sales to medical practices and exceptional customer service skills.
• Previous experience in Specialty and Compounds sales preferred.
• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.

Physical Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required. Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area. This position requires regular business travel mostly by car within a set geographic region.
• Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Frequent talking, hearing, visual acuity (detail/accuracy), and repetitive motion
