We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry. This individual will be responsible for showcasing our innovative media solution directly to restaurant owners/managers and PR firms.
Responsibilities:
● Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to restaurant owners/managers, emphasizing the benefits and ROI of our social media marketing services.
● Utilizing a multi-channel approach for prospecting, including in-person visits, email outreach, phone calls, and social media engagement.
● Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, diligently following up on all inquiries and opportunities.
● Negotiating and closing sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
● Collaborating with the founder and Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Marketing peer to refine sales strategies and tactics.
● Continuously prospecting for new business opportunities and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
● Achieving and exceeding sales targets, with uncapped commission potential.
Qualifications:
● 2 years of proven success in outside sales, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
● Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
● Resilient and competitive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections effectively.
● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on follow-up and follow-through.
● Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
● Experience in creating and implementing repeatable sales processes that drive consistent results.
● Proficiency in social media platforms and CRM software is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a salary-plus-commission role with uncapped earning potential. The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on their sales performance.
