InfraSol is Hiring a Sales Representative Near Miami, FL

General Purpose of the Job: At InfraSol, we are committed to empowering developers, architects, engineers, and contractors with integrated technology solutions for new construction. As a Technology Solutions Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive value-added experiences, protecting their technology investments. This position requires a well-rounded understanding of technology integration within the construction industry and a dedication to helping our clients save costs and achieve efficient, scalable technology infrastructures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their technology needs, providing expert advice on infrastructure design, product specification, and deployment strategies.
  • Collaborate with our Estimating Team to determine project costs accurately based on design requirements, leveraging a deep understanding of InfraSol’s technology solutions and services.
  • Collaboration with Estimating Team to develop comprehensive Quote/Proposals that clearly outline the value and specifications of InfraSol’s offerings, presenting these proposals to clients in a manner that is both persuasive and informative.
  • Collaboration with Estimating Team to respond to Request for Proposal (RFP) documents with detailed, customized proposals that align with client requirements and showcase InfraSol’s strengths and competitive advantages.
  • Collaboration with Estimating Team to initiate Request for Information (RFI) submissions to clarify project specifications, ensuring that all proposals and project plans are accurate and feasible.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of the construction sales cycle, including bidding processes and procedures, to effectively compete and win technology integration projects.
  • Employ exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Drive the integration of InfraSol’s technology solutions, including structured cabling, IT network infrastructure, managed services, and security systems, ensuring seamless deployment and operation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to influence and increase the adoption of InfraSol's services.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and training sessions to clients, highlighting the benefits of InfraSol's integrated technology solutions and managed services.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that project specifications meet InfraSol's quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology, leveraging this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Represent InfraSol at industry conventions and trade shows, showcasing our technology solutions and services.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technology solutions for the construction industry, or a High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in technology consulting, design, and deployment, particularly in the construction or technology integration sectors.
  • Familiarity with InfraSol’s core technologies, including Cisco network and telephony systems, structured cabling, security camera systems, and access control systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com.
  • A professional curiosity with a keen interest in technology and how it can be applied to solve real-world problems.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and visit projects sites.

Physical Demands:

  • The role requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, kneel, talk, hear, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
