Description:

Our Sales team supports our customers by providing clinical and operational information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. He/she will support healthcare providers and healthcare systems to meet the goals of our patients in the communities we serve. The Representative is a key member of the Home Infusion Therapy (HIT) Operations and Leadership of Baptist Health South Florida Infusion Team, and plays a critical role in supporting the Company's customer engagement model.He/she is responsible for engaging with customers in a way that supports the BHSF Infusion market with a focus on population health, and centers on the highest potential business opportunities that will improve the impact on our Health system and Partners. BHSF ability to provide Infusion Services to our patients who require at Home or Ambulatory Medication Therapies is paramount for patient‘s outcome.He/she will work with BHSF market team to understand and identify customer needs, proactively align our Infusion Services products and services, support pull-through activities relative to integrated strategies, and ensure that BHSF Infusion. Estimated salary range for this position is $98112.13 - $127545.77 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: CDR Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist Consultant Pharmacist Registered Pharmacist Drivers License from Florida Registered Nurse Additional Qualifications: Bachelor of Science required.Registered Pharmacist, Consultant Pharmacist, Registered Nurse, Registered Dietician or Alied Professional with Experience in Home Infusion Sales.Experience working in one or more of the following areas: Infusion Care Services/Providers, Home Infusion Services/Providers, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, and Sales. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Self- directed and organized. Possess strong interpersonal and leadership qualities with demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining relationships in an healthcare organization, medical or professional setting. Excellent planning and organizational skills and good judgment. Valid Driver‘s License. Prior experience developing and executing plans for engaging customers and meeting customer needs. Demonstrated success in establishing, developing and maintaining relationships.Prior experience working in a highly regulated industry or environment where compliance to policies is critical.
