Director/ VP- HNWI - Tax, CPA

Four Squared Solutions is seeking an experience Director of Tax OR VP Tax HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) for an opportunity located in the Baltimore, MD area.

The Director/VP- HNWI will be responsible for providing tax services to a variety of clients. This includes delivering comprehensive tax advice, preparing tax returns, and providing strategic tax planning for clients. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize workload and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client tax services from start to finish, including preparing and delivering comprehensive tax advice, preparing tax returns, and providing strategic tax planning for clients.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prioritize workload to meet client and firm deadlines.

• Stay up-to-date on current tax regulations and industry trends.

• Provide guidance and support to other team members.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation required

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting

• MST (Master of Science Taxation) or equivalent advanced tax degree is STRONGLY preferred

• Strong understanding of HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) tax issues.

• Experience with trusts, estates, real estate, individual returns, partnership returns, privately or closely held businesses

• Fantastic to have international/ foreign tax experience, or experience with private equity firms or hedge funds

• Excellent communication and client relationship management.

• Proficient with tax preparation software, MS Office, and other related software.
