We are looking for an experienced account manager with electrical knowledge to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, ew clients, and establish strong relationships with customers.Duties/Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced account manager with electrical knowledge to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, ew clients, and establish strong relationships with customers.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with current customers and potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with customers
- Provide product and service information to customers and address any concerns they may have
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as estimating and project managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement account plans to grow revenue and market share
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including forecasting, pipeline management and customer interactions
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate manager.
- Attend trade shoes, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company’s services
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- The Ideal candidate must have experience or knowledge in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems
- Experience in sales and account management
- Experience working with computers
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer relations skills, must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and follow directions as needed
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
