A rapidly growing engineering and industrial construction firm in Peachtree City is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing, examining, entering financial records for our company.Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform Heavy data entry and administrative duties
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Construction experience a plus
- Experience in Procore and Acumatica a plus
- Salary - $20-$25/hour - Depending on Experience
