Construction Technology SpecialistA rapidly growing engineering and industrial construction firm in Peachtree City is seeking an energetic and motivated professional to join our team as a Construction Technology Specialist. This person would be responsible for the evaluation, procurement, implementation, and training for all software applications used to support our construction project management.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate technology solutions to support construction projects
- Lead the implementation of additional Procore modules and any new applications
- Develop and deliver training for field teams to maximize technology adoption
- Provide support to users on the applications
- Create and manage templates for all business units to use for external communication
- Manage the renewal and maintenance of all information systems
- Travel between Forza Group offices and job sites to deliver training to users
- Ability to understand how project-related data connects to other company systems
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize job duties and multitask effectively
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of software applications used in construction industry
- Excellent follow-up skills and diligence are required
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including background checks and drug testing
- Experience in construction industry
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in the construction industry
- Experience with software implementation and training
- Salary Range - $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
