ÞCompensation

Base salary commission. Totalcompensation: $60k - $80k per year (base commissions).

Since you are stillreading, you must be excited. Here's what the job entails:

  • Marketing all of our contracted properties and coordinating with interested investors to see the property.
  • Coordinating, scheduling and being present at inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs, coordinating anything else necessary to close the transaction smoothly.
  • Assertive, persistent, follow-up on all offers made to facilitate the sale.
  • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth.
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process.
  • Be able to analyze and evaluate information about properties, funds and investors.
  • Learn proactively about current buyers wants and needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, investors and potential buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company.
  • Communicating with investors/investment companies actively purchasing in the Atlanta, GA area to continuously build our investor buyer list.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Assertive, personable, communicative, and outgoing attitude.

oMust be extremely detail-oriented andhave the ability to manage multiple property listings.

oSuccessfully overcome objections.

oHighly effective communication andnegotiation skills.

oHonest and hardworking with a desire tocontribute to an always evolving and improving company culture.

oZoho CRM experience is a plus!
