Responsibilities*Provide administrative support for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
*Managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and budgets.
*Preparing routine and non-routine reports/presentations by gathering and summarizing data.
*Maintaining highly confidential files and records.
*Performing minor accounting duties.
*Provide support in organizing and communicating meeting arrangements as well as organizing and expediting workflow.
*Minimum 5 years of related work experience with Executive Leadership.
*Time management, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
*Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written
*Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.
