POSITION SUMMARY :

The primary focus of the role is to provide care for patients who require observation for a period up to 23 hours, either following a procedure or due to a medical condition.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education, skills, and experience :

• Current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
