1st Class Medical is Hiring a Medical Customer Service Representative Near Lake, FL

1st Class Medical is the leading retailer of portable oxygen concentrator devices and oxygen therapy equipment in North America. We are a family owned and operated business. Our goal is simple; we make it easy for everyone affected by respiratory illness to achieve their highest quality of life. Our team simplifies the process of finding the best possible oxygen therapy equipment at the best possible price. Our customers come to us because of our outstanding reputation in the market and the amazing service that our team provides. We are looking for a medical customer service representative to communicate with our patients over the phone, taking orders and communicating with our other teams.

Pay Range: $15 - $17 per hour plus commission

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving inbound phone calls from patients and resolving their concerns
  • Taking orders for oxygen therapy device accessories
  • Updating customer information in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Collecting and verifying patient and payment information
  • Processing orders and preparing them for shipment
  • Providing great customer service over the phone
  • Consistently exceeding performance targets and daily call quotas
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base wage ($15 - $17 per hour) plus uncapped commission
  • Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM schedule with rotating Saturdays
  • Saturday availability required

Qualifications:

  • This is a full time position, requiring one year of customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable talking with customers resolving issues over the phone
  • Experience using computers and CRM software is required
