Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks. Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.

Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.

Needs to have working internet at home for the remote work days

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Microsoft Outlook will be used heavily so this experience is important

Excellent and confident phone presentation and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner

Collaborative mind set and understanding of how to collaborate with other internal departments

Multitasking, self-starting individual with a NOW attitude

Flexible work schedule preferred

Willing to assist other sales admin segments as needed

Previous experience in supporting sales for 2-3 years strongly preferred
