Overview:
Florida Acquisition & Appraisal, Inc., a Licensed Real Estate Broker is pre-qualified to provide turnkey right of way, conservation, and other related real estate acquisition services in Florida and North Carolina. FLAA has been providing right of way consulting services since 1995.
Our Office in Tampa, FL is seeking an attentive and dedicated individual to serve as a Paralegal who will work closely with our President and CEO. As a Paralegal, you would be a crucial addition to our FLAA team!
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Experienced with administrative support such as document preparation and legal research
- Excellent time management skill
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Familiar with legal proceedings
- Experienced in scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Proactive
*** Experience with Real Estate Law is preferred ***
