Vanguard Attorneys is Hiring a Paralegal Near Tampa, FL
Personal injury firm located in Ybor City seeking a full-time Paralegal with experience managing others. If you like a challenge, you will thrive in this dynamic, team-oriented environment. Our firm focuses on helping individuals injured because of the negligence of others. We have high expectations of our staff and demand superior organizational skills and an ability to work well under pressure. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are a must.
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, but that is not required. A college degree or paralegal certificate is preferred. Experience with personal injury law is a plus. A qualified candidate will also be proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Knowledge and familiarity with PowerPoint are a plus. Management skills are required.
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday with additional overtime as necessary. Our office is a non-smoking environment. We offer an excellent benefits package including health, dental & life insurance with a Health Savings Account option, 401K, on-site gym with fitness classes, and massage.
