About the Job
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of at least 2 years of litigation scheduling experience, maintaining files, e-filing, strong organizational skills and answering discovery.
- Prepare cases for trial and attend with attorneys throughout the trial.
- Complete fee hearings and have a complete understanding of car insurance.
- Will work under the supervision of assigned attorneys.
- Maintain and organize the file as needed and instructed.
- I want someone who can hit the ground running and work well independently.
- Must be a team player and work well with fellow staff.
- Must have great customer service skills.

- Includes base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000.
- 1-week vacation after six months of employment.
- 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.
- 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
- 6 federal holidays off per year.

- $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
