Who We're Seeking:
We are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Paralegal who is a self-starter with excellent research skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a significant workload and should thrive in a dynamic, challenging environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Efficiently manage and oversee a caseload of approximately 100 cases, focusing on subpoenas, medical records, and chronologies to ensure timely and accurate handling.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and ensure the precision of legal documents, maintaining the highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- File System Management: Conduct routine reviews and maintain organized and efficient filing systems.
- Timeline Coordination: Independently manage and adhere to timelines and action plans for case progression.
- Technology Utilization: Effectively use standard office equipment and legal software to enhance productivity and case management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in personal injury case management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in legal documentation, e-filing, and office technology.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
