Boohoff Law is seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal.
Joining a law firm with a reputation for serving the community through its comprehensive pursuit of justice, this successful candidate must have Personal Injury experience.
The key responsibilities of a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal include, but are not limited to:
  • Handling Litigation Personal Injury cases within a team environment.
  • Scheduling, e-filing, preparing cases for trial, preparing for depos, mediations, etc.
  • Must have a complete understanding of Florida car insurance laws.
  • Must be a team player and work well with fellow staff.
Qualifications:
  • Personal Injury experience is required. Current or Former Bodily Injury or similar insurance adjusters are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner and good verbal and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask.
  • Functioning well within a team environment with a willingness to take on other responsibilities when needed.
