We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Legal Assistant. As a Legal Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of our team's day-to-day operations. Our Legal Assistant would work hard to ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks, and would be committed to ensuring the highest levels of legal services for the firm's clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as you regularly interact with clients, attorneys and other legal professionals. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about immigration law and have a penchant for professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Clients
- Book Appointments
- Gather and summarize data.
- Organize and maintain files.
- Type and format documents.
- Fill out forms and draft motions
- Research legal issues.
- Confer with attorneys.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
