Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: $55,000 /annually
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid time off and holiday pay

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative tasks of our regional office. This individual will help create and maintain a culture of positivity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have an acute attention and take pride in their work The Office Manager must have an impeccable work ethic and ensure that the office is highly productive and efficient.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the local/regional management and performs various human resources responsibilities.
  • Manages regional office and ensures compliance with Company hiring practices.
  • Performs audits, processes time off requests, time keeping records, assists with benefits enrollments, worker’s compensation claims, terminations, and more.
  • Screens applicants, processes background checks, and conducts new hire orientations.
  • Supports investigations and employee relations issues and ensures that proper documentation is maintained.
  • Generates various correspondence and documentation as needed.
  • Maintains and safeguards confidential information at all times.
  • Performs general office responsibilities greets visitors, answers telephone, provides information, responds to questions, handles in and out-going mail, makes copies, manages office supplies, etc.
  • Provides daily administrative support to regional management and site management and carries out responsibilities delegated from the corporate office.
  • Corresponds regularly with applicants, employees, and management in person, via email and telephone.
  • Participates in meetings, schedules appointments, and performs various clerical and administrative duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Minimum High School diploma and some college required. Minimum 2 years of prior recruiting experience, and minimum 5 years of prior administrative experience required, preferably in an Office Manager role.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of human resources/employment practices highly desired.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Requires strong ability to multi task, take own initiative, be a proactive problem solver, set priorities, organize work, and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly desired.
  • Applicant must meet our minimum hiring age, have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record and pass pre-employment screening.
  • Requires strong ability to multitask, take own initiative, be a proactive problem solver, set priorities, organize work, and meet deadlines. Ability to work well under stress.

  • The work environment generally takes places in an office environment but may require occasional visits to onsite facilities where the employee may be exposed to increased physical demands, noise level and outdoor temperatures.
  • The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 lbs when necessary. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
