firstPRO Inc. is Hiring a Service Desk Analyst Near Edgewater, NJ

Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join their team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The Service Desk Analyst will respond to queries, isolate problems, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure efficient and effective resolution.

Duties:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone support
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use of our products
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server)
  • Experience providing IT support in a customer service-oriented environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
