OVERVIEW
Our client is looking for an IT support technician to provide and support users and information systems in a standardized and structured manner (level 1), to keep the inventory of systems and assets up to date and to act as coordinator for all support and service requests.
This person will be responsible for ensuring that services are provided in compliance with service agreements and in accordance with regulatory standards.
