About the RoleResponsible for day-to-day human resources support and operating of HR programs, policies, and initiatives for PREMIER employees. Main responsibilities include talent acquisition and other general human resources areas. Additional duties include assisting with writing policies and procedures, as well as audits, surveys, reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Must possess basic understanding of Human Resources philosophy and employment law.
Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study with proven working experience of 2-3 years of Human Resources, administrative, clerical experience or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.
Working knowledge and understanding of HRIS systems, department policies, procedures and guidelines.
