FinQuery is looking for a Learning and Development Intern to join our team. If you are someone who wants to learn program design, development, implementation, and administration of the Learning Management System, you will enjoy working with this team. In this role, you will be working alongside a small team of skilled professionals in the L&D field and acquiring valuable hands-on experience.

FinQuery's headquarters is located in Atlanta, GA. This is primarily a remote role, but there will be occasional in-office days.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in performing Learning Management System (LMS) administrative tasks including managing users, developing courses, assigning courses, and analyzing reporting data
• Support our learning programs to ensure an optimized learning experience
• Create or update training materials that utilize multimedia or interactive content to achieve learning objectives
• Implement Instructional Design process and theory to create effective learning content

• Junior or Senior Year in College
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Agile, flexible, and willing to learn

• Familiarity with adult learning principles, theories, concepts
• Familiarity with eLearning or video editing software (Articulate Storyline and Camtasia preferred)

• This is a full-time internship position. You will be asked to go into the office once a month for meetings with your leader or scheduled training events
• The internship will last for 12 weeks - from May to August 
• The intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn from experienced learning and development professionals
