Position: Line Cook/Prep Cook

Location: San Jose / Milpitas

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5am-2pm, Catering Breakfast & Lunch Services

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of American, California, Asian, Italian, Mexican and Modern Continental cuisines with precision and creativity.
• Execute menu items efficiently, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with our talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional catering services.
• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in Californian / Asian / Italian / American / European/Continental cuisine a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must have positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for teamwork.
• Knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation techniques.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
