Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with making payments, processing policy changes, submitting claims, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customer pending cancellations, missing documents, and policy reviews on renewals.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or cross-sell additional products/services
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product/service offerings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems/software
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cross-sell opportunities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
