Position: Full-Time Benefit Eligible
Salary: $70K - $75K plus bonus incentive plan *New business development managers are guaranteed a minimum of $3,000 bonus per quarter for the first two quarters (min $6,000 total) with the opportunity to earn more if you exceed your goals.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with professional and community referral sources to promote Family & Nursing Care services and to generate new client referrals. This position is accountable for meeting sales goals and will actively prospect to identify new referral sources, secure external meetings, and build relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, other providers, professionals and groups concerned with the older adult population. The Business Development Manager will serve as an “ambassador” to increase company visibility and position Family & Nursing Care as the preferred provider of home care services in the community. This role functions independently to create and execute sales strategies to increase the client census within the Montgomery County, PA territory. The Business Development Manager reports to the Regional Manager of Business Development and collaborates with other members of the sales, service and corporate team to achieve results.
