Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and maximize profitable customer growth.
- Act as the advocate for digital marketing within the organization, effectively communicating the value and progress of digital initiatives.
- Establish, track, and analyze metrics and leading indicators for campaigns to measure success.
- Stay abreast of the latest standard methodologies in digital marketing and apply them in the development of strategies and operating plans.
- Set measurable goals for digital marketing performance and diligently track return on investment.
- Manage and maintain the corporate website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, functional, and user-friendly.
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for the website, blog, and social media channels to drive organic traffic and increase engagement.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance the website's search engine ranking.
- Provide strategic leadership and expertise to drive the long-term vision for digital marketing initiatives across various channels (display, search, social, native, video, email, etc.).
- Develop full-funnel digital marketing solutions and media strategies to drive a marketing-attributed pipeline and achieve impactful business outcomes.
- Execute comprehensive media programs across all digital channels.
- Inform the scope, resourcing, and approach of digital marketing projects and full-funnel media/advertising strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Offer regular reports and strategic insights to the management team, utilizing data to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital media initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, web developers, and designers to manage and execute digital marketing projects effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales optimization, or marketing analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of effectively and independently managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across functions to bring teams together in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media and digital marketing operations and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Telecom industry experience is a plus
- Team player who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, effective under pressure and flexible (able to adapt to changing priorities)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior leaders and retailers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
