Cornerstone Servicing is seeking an experienced marketing professional and content creator to help mature and advance the Cornerstone Servicing brand, continuously engage current and prospective clients with multi-channel marketing, and further our best-in-class homeowner experience. This team member will leverage creativity and logic to design eye-catching, digestible, and actionable content and campaigns. Deep experience across digital mediums and the ability to work strategically and efficiently, often under tight deadlines, is core to this role. Across the board, this role will help articulate and drive Cornerstone's culture of care, excellence, and accountability.

What you'll do:

• Craft and deploy compelling digital campaigns that promote Cornerstone Servicing’s industry-leading platform, homeowner experience, and client services.
• Write and design a variety of B2B and B2C content across digital channels – web, social media, e-marketing, SMS, and others.
• Manage the company’s external websites, developing and implementing new content geared to engage our target audiences.
• Create meaningful and eye-catching visual assets, including graphics and video, that add interest to our messaging and channels, enhance our brand, and support customer retention.
• Launch and own a quarterly newsletter for current and prospective clients, leading the entire process from content development and distribution to analysis and reporting.
• Leverage analytics across digital channels to inform our marketing strategy and constantly improve engagement.
• Be an active contributor to Cornerstone Servicing’s ongoing business development initiatives, developing and advancing our pitch materials and marketing collateral.
• Provide communications support to internal sales, technology, and operational teams to help ensure a consistent brand and voice across our communications.
• Be a key contributor to internal communications initiatives geared to engage team members in Cornerstone Servicing’s purpose, culture, and business goals.
• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree and/or 6 years of experience in journalism, public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Creative writer and visual storyteller with well-rounded professional experience across marketing and communications channels (must be ready to provide samples upon request).
• Advanced graphic design and video production skills.
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated proofreading and editing skills.
• Experience building and managing brands.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines.
• Self-starter who seeks accountability and strives for excellence.
• Thrives working both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• A curious, lifelong learner who actively deepens their knowledge and skills.
