Our client is an award-winning company with a 30-year history and outstanding workplace culture. This is a direct hire career opportunity located in the Irvine, CA area. Base compensation starts at $80,000 to $90,000/year.
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting for new clients through outside sales efforts
- Establishing relationships with residential community managers and HOA leadership
- Create sales presentations with PowerPoint
- Development of marketing materials
- Assist with project management
Qualifications :
- At least one years of outside sales experience
- Construction industry and/or HOA experience a benefit
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated and career oriented
- Positive, upbeat personality
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with ERP software a benefit
- College degree a benefit but not mandatory
