Job Position: Operation Manager

Job Location: Orlando

Annual CTC: $ 60,000 - $ 75,000

The purpose of the job is to manage onsite operations, timeline, costs, and customer satisfaction. Also, develop vendor network and negotiate

Tasks / activities/ responsibilities

• Will direct all activities of the Orlando rental facility including hardware rental, I&D services, maintaining operational efficiency
• Requires strong leadership, communication and conflict management skills
• Works with all departments to maintain a strong level of efficiency in the rental depot
• Develop systems necessary to maintain efficient operations, cost effective measures and detail reporting of work activities.
• Set performance standards to meet the service/budget goals
• Handle the team in the Orlando facility
• Proactively manage the warehouse to fulfil the demands
• Monitor programs and procedures to ensure accurate and on-time order processing, production and quality as well as achievement of targeted customer satisfaction levels
• Establish and maintain relationships with key outsourcing vendors
• Recruit, train and mentor personnel to support business objectives
• Develop and maintain internal and external schedule
