As an operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning the most efficient procedures within the billing, collections, customer service and dispatch areas. You will be responsible for warehouse operations and you will also be responsible for training personnel and communication within departments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks to meet expected deadlines for day-to-day duties as well as special projects.

Responsibilities:In collaboration with management, assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
Work to ensure that operations remain compliant applicable with Federal, State and local requirements.
Play a role in long-term planning to create initiatives that further the companys overall goals.
Raise and track issues and conflicts, problem solve to remove barriers and mitigate risks.
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics as needed.
Manage the bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring compliance with various state, local and federal requirements. Work closely with the Controller to provide required reports and financial analysis.
Serve as point of contact for the maintenance and security of all physical subsidiary locations.
Manage car fleet including maintenance and insurance.
Manage Furniture Division with regards to purchasing, design and inventory control and staff supervision.
Manage E-Automate data base including training, updates and communicating with KDA regarding suggestions, concerns, or support.
Oversee customer service department supply fulfillment and cost management and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business management or related field
Minimum of five years prior related experience
Ability to manage time-sensitive matters and maintain confidential information.
Excellent decision-making, analysis, and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
Prior experience with payroll processing a must.
Preferred:
Prior Experience with E-Automate a plus.
