The Operations Manager will develop and manage operational performance for medical practices located in Florida. The Operations Manager sets the direction for the practices within their purview with a goal of improving financial health, recruiting, and developing Administrators, who are based in each practice and who manage the day-to-day operations, and supporting the selection and development of relevant non-clinical staff. The Operations Manager is responsible for finding solutions to operational problems including patient scheduling, non-clinical staffing, facilities, supply chain and expense management. The Operations Manager will be able to identify issues within a practice by monitoring key reports and metrics and developing specific plans to deliver on budget targets and goals.
