We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bartenders to start your career with the Elia Group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide guests with an iconic experience, every time.
- Prepare and serve alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests
- Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Monitor guest identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Take ownership over bar inventory and supplies
Skills Needed to Succeed:
- 5 years of proven working experience as a bartender in a fine dining setting
- Mixology and menu creation experience required
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving cocktails
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- ServSafe Food Handler certification required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $5.00 per hour
