Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced server or bartender to join our team. As a server or Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, exceptional interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer behavior and respond to any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Ability to operate a point of sales system and handle cash transactions
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products to customers
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate the bar area according to health standards
- Understanding of the restaurant industry and customer service principles

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
