Responsibilities

• Assist in the tracking of components and materials from Exotec suppliers and subcontractors to / from customer sites or other sites with a focus on delivery and ETA, deadlines, quantity, cost, transportation, etc.
• Launch orders and ensure follow-up in accordance with production plan
• Manage and update supply chain data within our ERP system, including the creation of purchase orders, minimum stock levels and rates of deliveries
• Foster and maintain positive supplier partnerships, including coordinating receipts, providing updates in case of delay, handling disputes, etc.
• Collaborate with other Exotec teams (for example, Purchasing or Finance) for regular status updates and to ensure timely payment to suppliers
• Propose solutions for any logistics non-conformities
• Participate in various Supply Chain projects and initiatives in the spirit of continuous process and / or policy improvement

Requirements

• 1 years of related or relevant work experience in the supply chain industry
• Some knowledge of ERP systems would be beneficial
• Excellent organizational skills
• Analytically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Strong team player mentality with the ability to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders
