JOB DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

REPORTS TO: Manager Supply Chain, DPWagner, LLC
ROLE: This role is a key support person for our 3 primary pillars of Revenue generation:
Manufacturing, Sales, and Distribution of Products for Patch & Repair
3rd Party Logistic (Contract Warehousing / Shipping to Retail Stores)
Pick, Pack & Ship Operations (Warehousing / Online Order Fulfillment / Replenishment of online supply warehouses (Amazon, WalMart, etc)
This role will provide support for areas such as inbound order flow from retailer and retail supplier partners, customer liaison activities on order fulfillment, production status, ship ready status, retailer portal management, WMS Systems management, internal liaison for sales team and communicator with the corporate operational / sales teams.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will also be tasked with development, maintenance and reporting on business, customer, and product/category analytics.
Areas of Key Accountability):
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) Primary / Secondary
- Order Systems Primary / Secondary (SPS, SellerCloud, etc)
- Retailer Systems Interface (THD, Lowes, WM, etc)
- Inventory Control Primary / Secondary
- Raw Material Replenishment (PO mgmt.)
- Suppliers - Key Contact Resource Interface Point
- 3PL / PPS Order Flow (Internal)
- 3PL/PPS Contact Flow (Customer)
- Order Flow Mgmt
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales team on branded and distributed product programs.
- Partner with project managers to develop and execute best practices against customer expectations.
- Assist in the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Manage databases for ongoing customer, product and business analysis.
- Work on special projects as requested by management.
Job Type: Full-time, Salaried, Exempt
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Hours - 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
