Responsibilities

• Participate to the maintenance activities of Exotec and support operations, both directly or through integrators, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Handle the management of the maintenance contract: regular meetings with customers, regular reporting, pricing of out of scope actions, etc.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed
• Report internally the issues on the system, in a philosophy of continuous system improvement
• Propose improvement of maintenance procedures and processes
• Act as one of the main interlocutors of the design team (R&D) for specific maintenance issues
• Perform preventive or retrofit maintenance tasks on systems and machines if required and assist with installation and deployment of new systems or machines
