Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department, if necessary
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in using computer systems and applications
Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience while dealing with customers' concerns
