ADMISSIONS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

The purpose of the Admissions Operations Specialist (AOS) is to support EIM in our goal to exceed University Partner enrollment expectations by providing excellent service to our internal admissions department. The AOS will work to support project management, ensure consistency across programs and assist Admissions Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

This position is full time and based in office.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to the following)

• • Leads efforts for implementation, execution and deployment of best practices
  • Coordinate, develop and maintain documentation – Admissions Onboarding, SalesForce, Central Applicant Service, and University Partner program launches
  • Work with Admissions leadership team for new program launches and timeline execution
  • Research, problem solve and present solution options
  • Support onboarding new Admission team members
  • Utilize various computer systems to prepare, analyze and distribute reports to Admissions Leadership and stakeholders
  • Communicate updates to admissions team regarding technology platforms and other pertinent information
  • Serves as subject matter expert for SharePoint, Centralized Application Service (including PTCAS, OTCAS, CASPA, CSDCAS) and stay current on changes and system improvements
  • Partners with internal subject matter experts to ensure technology platforms that support Admissions are optimized as business needs evolve
  • Act as support for admissions team as application deadlines approach
  • Support the needs assessment and subsequent implementation of new technology platforms with third-party vendor(s)
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• College Degree or 2-4 yrs. of relevant experience
• Experience with full Microsoft Office Suite
• 2 years’ experience using Salesforce or other CRM
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a service-oriented environment or university setting
