*Hiring in the San Antonio, TX area.*

This position will assist in supporting the functions necessary for transaction processing and servicing support for deposit accounts, installment loans and credit cards. Specific responsibilities may include new account setup, transaction processing, exception item processing, account maintenance and customer service support.

Essential Functions:

1. Opening of New Accounts, including IRA and Health Savings Accounts
2. Assist members with complex financial transactions trust, deceased accounts
3. Responsible for Internal and External customer support, including Business customers
4. Posting and Reconciliations of all monetary transactions including Wire, ACH, and deposit and credit card transactions
5. Servicing of deposit, loans, and credit card accounts
6. Maintenance and oversight of debit cards, credit cards, check orders, and online banking and mobile banking
7. Handling of customer error resolution and research requests to resolve simple problems
8. Uploads check and ACH file to the Federal Reserve
9. Conducts Remote Capture deposit review
10. Maintains a complete working knowledge of Deposit Servicing system, POD processing and image capture
11. Various other deposit and credit card operation functions as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
3. Ability to perform with acute attention to detail
4. Ability to apply analytical skills to resolving issues
5. Mid-level understanding of the banking industry regulations
6. Familiarity with banking terms, products and services
7. Knowledge of ACH Rules and Regulations recommended
8. Proficient skill in Word and Excel
9. Ability to perform 10-key processing by touch.

Education and Experience:

1. Two year of college, Associates Degree or higher with 12 credit hours in business or accounting.
2. 2 years experience in a bank back-office environment working
3. Knowledge of file transmission uploads and downloads to the Federal Reserve Banking system
4. Knowledge of processing flows from external sources through internal Banking channels.
