ESCAPE CAMPERVANS is a unique and fast-growing travel company that rents custom-built campervans across North America. We provide budget-friendly, functional and fun campervans for weekends away, cross-country road trips, and everything in between. We strive to inspire adventure and exploration off-the-beaten-path. Our teams have local knowledge and expertise to help our renters get the most out of their vacation. All of our vans are hand-painted by LA-based street artists. 

Founded in 2009 in LA, we now have 600 vans across 11 locations – Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Las Vegas, New York, Orlando, Phoenix, Chicago and Portland. Our headquarters are in Denver, Colorado.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You have a strong understanding of SEO but have an interest in gaining well rounded marketing experience across all channels, including social media, lifecycle, SEO, paid and traditional. You understand the power of a brand and how that foundation, along with the business vision, drives the marketing strategy across channels and tactics. 

You will be joining our Marketing team in our Denver, CO HQ (hybrid), reporting to the VP of Marketing and working closely with other members of the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
• Manage and help execute SEO strategy – both technical and on-page
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms for organic visibility 
• Manage and optimize email program strategy, including building, sending and segmentation
• Ownership of SMS program strategy and execution, including building, sending and segmentation 
• Manage audience data within ESP 
• Lead generation as part of email program growth 
• Create A/B tests for lifecycle marketing programs 
• Test into loyalty program development 
• Manage reviews platform, diving into the insights and growing our feedback loop 
• Understanding of paid media campaigns and how they impact the customer journey

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, English, Communication or related field preferred)
• 3 years experience working in a marketing or related role 
• Familiar with Google product suite 
• Basic experience using WordPress or similar CMS 
• Strong understanding of basic SEO strategy and keyword research/implementation 
• Experience with Iterable a bonus

• Start date: immediate
• Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
