About The Role
An exciting leadership position for a creative and growth-driven and talent-ready individual to play a crucial role in leading and building a game-changing Marketing and Digital strategy to drive brand awareness and business growth in the North America region (USA, Canada, Mexico).
By collaborating with the Australian Headquarter, the North America General Manager and local stakeholders, the Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager will lead the localization of the Global Marketing Strategy and guidelines to meet market needs for consumer facing assets and activations, while also overlooking the local marketing plans to enhance the brands presence across key channels. The manager will ensure that all activities are key contributors towards the achievement of brand elevation, sales, and profitability targets.
Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing and Digital with a dotted line to the North America GM, the Marketing and Digital Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative and inspiring consumer experiences across all touchpoints including digital, media retail, social, CRM, PR, events and sponsorships. By collaborating with the Global Headquarter, the local functional departments and network of retailers to shape and bring to life the marketing and e-commerce plans, this role will be a key contributor in positioning the brand to increase sales performance, traffic and customer engagement in an omni-channel eco-system.
