POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager will facilitate the solution planning and execution for assigned projects or programs. They will coordinate and oversee installation teams, facilitate active customer communication plans, and conduct regular status updates with sales and management. Additionally, they oversee/manage projects to finish on time and within budget (onsite/off-site.) The position will also be responsible for understanding detailed working CAD design visuals which describe details of layouts within the warehouse.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Addresses project deviations e.g. change orders, repairs, or after project completion, time, material, customer expectations, installers, construction, contracts, and permits
• Exchanges information and resolves issues with senior level staff in regards to program/project related issues
• Ensures projects are completed in most cost effective, accurate, timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: College Degree Preferred
Experience: 5 years of experience is preferred
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of computer operation and ability to use Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel , CAD
Other Requirements: Project management experience required

Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations
