Overview :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the efficient operation of our organization.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment for our staff.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support staff growth and professional development.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in HR or related administrative role in a longterm care preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
