Job description
As an Enterprise Account Manager you will focus on growing relationships with our current customers in the enterprise space and meet with each of them regularly to ensure that they are getting the most of our system and help them accelerate their transition to additional products and feature enhancements. You’ll work directly with our CTO in a highly autonomous role and must be an ambitious and organized professional who will drive expansion in our accounts. You will be skilled at using research to gain insight into customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and challenge customers' thinking about how ePayPolicy can transform their business.
