Job description

As an Enterprise Account Manager you will focus on growing relationships with our current customers in the enterprise space and meet with each of them regularly to ensure that they are getting the most of our system and help them accelerate their transition to additional products and feature enhancements. You’ll work directly with our CTO in a highly autonomous role and must be an ambitious and organized professional who will drive expansion in our accounts. You will be skilled at using research to gain insight into customer challenges, identifying key stakeholders, and challenge customers' thinking about how ePayPolicy can transform their business.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Partner internally with Account Management, Sales, and Marketing to help craft strategies which will enable you to grow existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with your customers, helping them increase their electronic payments adoption, and growing revenue per customer.
  • Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in Salesforce to drive the strategy for our future growth
  • In-office 3 days per week; more frequently during training 
  • Manage a book of ~200 accounts of varying size depending on seniority

You may be a good fit if:

  • You have 7 years of experience in a quota-carrying Sales or Account Management role focused on Enterprise-level accounts
  • You enjoy working at a fast paced SaaS company
  • You’re a resourceful self-starter and thrive working somewhat autonomously
  • You're able to think on your feet, solve problems, and articulate clear recommendations
  • You love being customer-facing, talking with customers, and you seek to understand how we can improve and over-deliver on expectations
  • You’re a good teammate and always do what is in best interest of your team
