Summary: Join our team as a Construction Project Manager for an industrial manufacturer specializing in HVAC and hot water systems. This remote role involves managing projects remotely, coordinating facility replacements, and overseeing sustainability initiatives across multiple locations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• GC experience is preferred, particularly in mechanical and electrical trades.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Bluebeam for take-offs is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong budget and schedule management skills.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients.
• General contracting experience, including managing pre-construction proposals and bids.
• Familiarity with large-volume project management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage industrial HVAC and hot water system projects remotely.
• Develop project requirements and scope, sourcing contractors, and building pricing packages.
• Coordinate with local onsite teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee sustainability initiatives including LED, solar, EV chargers, and other environmentally-friendly solutions.
• Utilize GC experience for mechanical and electrical trades in project management.
• Create and manage budgets and schedules.
• Package and track proposals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other project leaders and account managers for effective communication.
• Occasionally travel (less than 10%) to various locations, mainly based on the East Coast, and close to an airport.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 PER HOUR
