Summary : Seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of office spaces, executing specified cleaning tasks, and maintaining quality standards.

Job Responsibilities :

• Empty trash in offices on a daily basis.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, including clean floors and emptied trash.
• Check each room during the day for stocking, trash, supplies, etc.
• Empty cigarette butt cans outside every Monday morning before lunch.
• Clean floors in R&D kitchen every Wednesday after lunch.
• Manage daily laundry of smocks and gloves.
• Establish and promote communication and respect within the team.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the immediate superior.

Pay Details : $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
