Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Project Manager for our Southeast Region. Must be willing to travel.

They are expected to effectively communicate job progress to the RGMs in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to safety, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor oversight, budgeting, training and more.

They are to manage all expectations of customers through safety, schedule, and performance.

• Ability to perform duties/activities of workers supervised*
• Have knowledge of and experience in construction site management.
• Proficient in communication and organizational skills
• Advanced plan reading skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Field wire
• Advanced safety knowledge and performance
• CPR/AED Certified
• OSHA 30 hour
• STSC certified.

Working conditions
Full-time salary position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours/week on-site or in the regional office -weekend work may be required. Environmental factors depend on job location but may include cold, hot, and humid conditions. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and sometimes at extreme heights. Must be able to effectively handle large workloads.

Essential Function Requirements
Should be capable of walking, lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling, and balancing. Certain amounts of strength, dexterity and alternates are required. Must follow all safety requirements of the job. Lift up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $53,830.84 - $60,000.00 per year
