Summary : Seeking a Laser Equipment Operator with mechanical knowledge and experience in operating laser marking machines for precision engineering and fabrication tasks.

Requirements :

• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Experience with setting up and operating various laser marking machines.
• Familiarity with visual and dimensional inspection of laser markings / etchings.
• Ability to program machines and determine fixturing needs for new and custom products.
• Competence in loading parts into machines, starting cycles, and removing parts upon completion.

Job Responsibilities :

• Load guidewires properly into the laser equipment and manage the bending of rods using a bending machine.
• Perform laser marking on both standard production runs and custom orders.
• Conduct visual checks to ensure that all parts feature required details post-production.
• Log completed part quantities into the ERP system.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Adhere to company safety requirements and quality system procedures.

Pay Details : $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
